The Small Group Network exists to encourage, equip and come along side of small group point people so that we can be effective and efficient in our serving of the Kingdom!

Small Group ministries in churches are facing an uphill battle to establish a new leadership culture in organizations where there is a lot of tradition and too little familiarity with the new skill sets needed for success. Small group ministries require moving lay leaders to new levels of caring. That takes energy and continual coaching. The Small Group Network helps to resupply small groups pastors with the insights and passion required to make a difference. – Carl George
